Injury Reporting Procedures:

Who reports and when?

An injury requiring ANY medical attention should be reported to District 55. Only the League Safety Officer or the League President should report an accident or injury to the District. Parents, managers, coaches, and spectators MUST report injuries directly to the local League's Safety Officer. Reports submitted to the District 55 Safety Officer that are submitted by parents, managers, coaches, and spectators will be returned.
