Welcome to All-Star Weekend
To make this a successful event we need volunteers to help with the many aspects of this event. Unlike some of the other sports in South Lyon, we do not require participates to volunteer. But to continue and grow this event, we are in desperate need of volunteers, otherwise we will have to scale back to the bare minimum. I need 1 person from each team to help with the skills competition for their division. If you could spare 1 or 2 hrs during the following time-frames, that would really help. Volunteers needed during the following time-frames: Friday 10am-2pm (setup)/4pm-9:00pm and on Saturday 8:30am-9:00pm.

Below is the schedule of events for both Friday and Saturday. All Games (except Koufax) to be played at South Lyon High School (West/Old):
Friday July 10th BCP at 6:30-8:30. Registration starts at 4:30, All player's need to be lined up for opening ceremony at 6:00 on the Girls varsity field. --9 innings or 2 hr max
Saturday July 11th GCP, Minors, Majors at 10:00-12:00. Registration starts at 8:30. All players need to be lined up for opening ceremony at 9:30 on the Girls Varsity field. --7 innings or 2 hr max
Saturday July 11th Girls Skills Competition immediately following girl’s games. Skills Trophies to be handed out at 1:30.
Saturday July 11th Koufax Division 12:30-2:30. Registration starts at 10:00. All players need to be lined up for opening ceremony at 12:00 on Boys Varsity field --9innings or 2 hr max
Saturday July 11th Mays Division 1:30-3:30pm. Registration starts at 11:30pm . All players need to be lined up for opening ceremony at 1:00 on the Girls varsity field --9 innings or 2 hr max
Saturday July 11th Reese Division 4:30 - 6:30pm. Registration starts at 3:00pm. All players need to be lined up for opening ceremony at 4:00pm - 9 innings or 2 hrs max.
All Age Boys Skills Competition for all ages--2:00-4:30pm. Trophies to be handed out at 4:30.
*** Hot shots will be available to take individual and team pictures before, during, and after the games. We will post them to a publishing site to print.
