2018 OPENING CEREMONIES

WEEK OF MARCH 26TH AT THE POWER CENTER OFF HWY 14 

SCHEDULE OF PLAY WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TROUGH YOUR COACH SOON AS POSSIBLE

ALL teams need to report to Power Center in time to be announced at 5:10 pm
Monday - Majors and 9 year old divisions
Tuesday - Coach Pitch division
Wednesday - Minors division
Thursday - Teeball (5:10 for Nationals. Orioles, Braves, Rangers, Pirates, Mariniers, Tigers and Angels; 6:30 for Astros, Dodgers, Cubs, Cardinals, Twins, Red Sox, Royals and White Sox)

INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM PICTURES WILL BE TAKEN SO BRING YOUR SMILES! 

THIS IS SURE TO BE AN EXCITING SEASON SO LET'S GET READY TO PLAY BALL

After registering online please snail-mail the following information:

2 Proofs of residence (utility bill, driver's license, etc)

Medical release form

NEW Players also please send a copy of player's birth certificate

to SLCLL, PO Box 4906, Lake Charles, LA 70606

or drop off at either of our onsite registrations 



A few reminders and some frequently asked questions

-If you are new to a division (generally ages 5, 7, 9, 10 and 12), you will need to attend tryouts.

-If you are new to SLCLL, you will need to attend tryouts.

-If you wish for your 11 year old to be considered for a spot in the majors (12 year old) division, you will need to attend tryouts.

-Bring glove, bat and helmet to tryouts. DO NOT SWING BATS ANYWHERE OUTSIDE OF THE BATTING CAGES!! Parents please keep the bats, and your children, safe.

-Check the age chart if you are not certain of your child’s league age. It may be different than their biological age.

-If you have not returned required documents you may bring them to tryouts. According to Little League International regulations, we must have a medical release, 2 proofs of residence and a birth certificate on file for every player.
