GR1 Griffith Softball
GR1 & GR2 - FRANKLIN FIELDS: Located between Miller St. and Lake St. on the west side of Broad St.
(From the North)
Cline Ave. south to Ridge Road. Left on Ridge to Broad Street. Right on Broad and head south approx. 5 blocks. Pass Central Park on your right (this park has baseball diamonds and they are NOT the softball fields). Proceed a couple more blocks to the softball fields, which will also be on your right.
(From the South)
U.S. 30 to Cline Avenue. Right on E. Joliet/W. 73rd to Broad Street. Left on Broad and head north into downtown Griffith. Pass over 7 sets of R/R tracks and Main St. before heading into town. Fields are 2 blocks north of Main on left.

GR3 Griffith Cheever Park Auxilliary Field
GR3 - CHEEVER PARK FIELD: Located on the S.E. corner of Pine St. and Elmer Ave.
From Franklin Fields: Take Broad St. north to Elm St. (approx. 1 block north of the Franklin Fields). Right on Elm (cross R/R tracks) and left on Elmer. Follow bend in road to field, which will be on the right.
PARKING:
There are no designated parking lots. Park anywhere along the streets surrounding the fields. Please do not block driveways!

From 80/94 head West from I-65 toward Chicago, get off on Calumet Ave South. Head South past Ridge Road about two blocks and Community Park will be on the East (left) side of the street.
Taking US 30 from Illinois, head East from 394 to Calumet Ave,turn North and go about four miles, once you pass the Hospital the Park will be on the East (Right) Side of the Street.
Taking US 30 From 41, head west toward Illinois to Calumet Ave and turn North and go about four miles, once you pass the Hospital the Park will be on the East (Right) Side of the Street.

Rte 30 to Broadway- north
travel north on Broadway for approximately 2 miles. cross railroad tracks. Right after tracks, on right(north end of Broadway Glass)
Travel AROUND the lake until the fork in the road with a sign labeled "fields 5,6,7,8".
Turn left and follow that road into parking lot.
Via 80/94
From 80/94 take Broadway SOUTH.
Go past 61st Ave in Merrillville, on left approximately 1 BLOCK past 61st(went too far if you cross the tracks). Travel AROUND the lake until the fork in the road with the sign labeled "fields 5,6,7,8". Turn left and follow that road into parking lot

SC1 Schererville - Rohrman Park
Directions have changed- Rohrman Park is located just south of Rt. 30 between Cline and Burr.
The easiest way to explain- Take Rt. 30 to Cline St., Go South on Cline (turn left if you're coming from the East, or right if you're coming from the west).
You'll come to a stop sign, turn left and the fields are on your left hand side after a few blocks. You'll see baseball fields first, pass that complex up and the softball fields will be next (a bigger complex).
The map link will probably mislead you, so use these directions.

There is no hard address except Austin Ave & Gregory St. The basic directions from 30 would be go North on Austin Ave and go to First Stop Sign and Turn right on Park St. Take this to First Stop Sign and Make Left and Field will be on your left off of the street.

UT1 Union Township Softball
Take Rt. 30 to 600 W. and turn North. This will take you directly to the school. Look to the right when you get to the next intersection. The fields are located behind Wheeler High School. You'll park in the parking lot- typically the only cars allowed through the gate are for coaches carrying equipment. The varsity softball field is the first field on your right after you pass through the gates.
