- 2010 Registration Kit
- Use these forms to complete the 2010 registration from home. Follow these simple steps to save time during the registration process. The forms are formatted in Adobe Acrobat to allow text insertion from your computer.
1. Download the forms, fill out the three required forms from your computer or print to be filled out by hand.
2. Bring the forms to one of the walk in registrations along with your registration fees or mail the registration kit to SKSLL along with your check. You can also email your completed kit to the Player Agent Debra Montez
NOTE!!!! Please don't forget to bring an original Birth Certificate for those players that are new to SKSLL and two forms of address verification for the Little League residency requirement.
NOTE!!!! The Volunteer Application is required to be filled out by all parents even if the only role you will fill is that of a transportation or carpool parent for practice and games.
NOTE!!!! If you E-mail your completed Registration Kit to the Player Agent Debra Montez please remember you also need to include residency verification. Scan it and attach within your Registration Kit, send through post office mail, or stop by at the time of walk in registration.
NOTE!!!! There are new requirements regarding concussion information. Please review the handouts below in "Concussion seciont". Contact the Player Agent Debra Montez with any questions.

- Here is the information regarding the opening ceremonies this Saturday. The ceremony will be help at Sedgwick Junior High.
Please very much encourage parents to carpool. Parking will be tight, to say the least. We will need some coaches to volunteer to help park the cars so that we can get as many cars in there as possible.
