Welcome to the 2009 - 2010 Season

2010 Spring Season Registration is Now Open

Willow Glen Little League is now accepting online registrations for the Spring 2010 baseball season.  Be sure to register early, as registration fees will increase by $20 after December 31, 2009.   In addition, we are scheduling 3 get ready for baseball clinics in January, your player will need to be registered to participate in those clincs, so register before the end of 2009.

As we did last season, we are using electronic registration to simplify the collection and management of registration data. This will allow parents to conveniently register at any time and make their registration payments using a secure credit card transaction.  Our registration system will allow for check/cash payments during verification night, but the league strongly encourages credit card payments.  If you chose to pay by check or cash, please complete the online registration form and select “pay by check” when you are asked for your payment choice.  You will receive directions are where to mail checks.  You may also bring your check or cash to one of the two verification events. 

Online registration is quick and easy, but just in case we'll walk you through the steps.
 

1. Make sure your child lives within Willow Glen Little League boundaries.   If your player played in WIllow Glen last year and you have moved out of the boundaries, let us know at the veririfcation events and we will submit a waiver for your player to play for WIllow Glen this year.  You can click here to view the Willow Glen Boundary map.

2. Determine the Little League Age for all players you're going to register. The cutoff date is April 30, 2010. To verify your player’s league age, click this link 2010 Little League Age Calculator.  This calculator will give you your player’s “official” little league age and valuable information about the available baseball divisions based on that league age.3. Once you are sure you meet the residency and age requirements, complete the online registration.   Click here to go to Online Registration

4. Your registration is not complete until you bring proof of residency and proof of age for each player to one of our Registration Verification Events.  We will email you with the date and time of these events as they are scheduled.   You can verify the forms of Residency Verification that are accepted. Original birth certificates or passports are required for proof of age. Note returning players do not need to bring proof of age as we keep these on file. You should also bring completed 2010 Little League Volunteer Application (required for all managers, coaches, and team parents) to these events.

5. You may also register at one of our Registration Verification Events. We'll have computers available for use, but they are first come, first serve, and the wait can sometimes be lengthy.

6. If you do not have a credit card and wish to pay via cash, please go ahead and register online and select "Pay by Check".  You will be given the mailing address where you will need to mail the check.  If you would prefer, you can also bring the check to one of the Registration Verification Events.  Again, your player’s registration will not be considered complete until payment is received and all player information is verified.
