CARL EDWARD GREEN was born to Jeraldine Green Kermit and the late Andrew L. Green on June 9, 1953 in Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Carl was a very highly decorated high school student---Honor Rolls, Homecoming King, Distinguished awards such as the recipient of the Sons and Daughters Revolution Award, Who's Who in American High School Students, Most Inspirational on his school football team, and the most decorated ROTC student the school ever had, rising to the rank of Lt. Colonel. His command of the rifle drill team was always a highlight the fans waited to see, whether performing the Queen Ann Salute or some fancy marching step, he always had them prepared. He was runner up and alternate to receive a four-year scholarship at The West Point Academy, The Citadel, Virginia Military Institute and other universities. He chose to attend Seattle University and pursued a degree in business.
