Multi-angled passing.
Four teams, one player from the red team sprints to position 1 passes the ball to the white team and sprints after it and joins the white team, at the same time a player from the black team sprints to position 6 passes the ball to the yellow team and sprints after it, and then sprints to join the yellow team.
The red and white teams repeat in position 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
The black and the yellow teams repeat at positions 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1.
Once the sequence has been done rest, and then repeat in reverse.
