Individually each player sprints to the 50m. pole then jogs back to the start of the 100m. pole, sprints to the 100m. pole and jogs back to the 150m. pole and so on, until one complete repetition (rep) or circuit has been run.
Rest for 3 minutes then repeat for 5 reps, with a 3 minute rest in between each rep.
Every sprint to be 100% intensity.
