VARIOUS COACHING AND MANAGMENT ACHIEVMENTS :
***** In 1/7/2002 Coach Gheith Najjar was in the Management Board of the Arena club and was the Vice President of the club till 22/8/2005.
***** In 2002 Coach Gheith Najjar coached Amman University men’s team and won the FIRST PLACE in the University championship 2002.
***** In May 2003 Coach Gheith Najjar coached Amman University men’s team to participate in the First King Abdalah's University championship in which 18 universities from Jordan participated and Amman University won the FIRST PLACE.
***** In July 2003 Coach Gheith was appointed as head coach for women's national team to prepare them for participating at the King Abdullah's tournament in Jordan from 20-30 august/ 2003.
***** February-2004 Coach Gheith was appointed as head coach for Jordan University's national team to participate in the Arab championship which was healed in Jordan from 25th April till the 6th of May which was named King Abdullah's championship ( Jordan won the FIRST PLACE).
***** May 2004 Coach Gheith was appointed as assistant coach for Jordan's Men National team. In April 2004 The National team won FIRST PLACE at Qatar international tournament and in September 2004 won the FIRST PLACE at King Abdullah’s tournament in Jordan.
***** 1/5/2005 Coach Gheith Najjar was appointed head coach for Jordan’s school National boys team to participate in the Arab school’s championship held in Jordan September 2005. (Jordan won SECOND PLACE)

** Coach Gheith Attended more than 19 basketball clinics during his coaching years most of them were advanced clinics.
** Coach Gheith Najjar is now a certified lecturer in all the basketball clinics that is held in Jordan from the ministry of sports and youth.
