  Welcome

2012

2012 is heating up.  We already have a Big Bass leader and the Big Pickerel lead has changed a few times already.  There are 2 tournaments in the books so points have been awarded for Angler of the Year. Good luck!

First Minor, Fishing Still Going Strong

We had 27 anglers fishing at Mirror Lake on this sunny and beautiful day.  And while most of the fish were small there were still 27 keepers and plenty more shorts weighed in. (as well as some pickerel and crappie). Here was the guys who filled in the top ten:

1st-  Ron Ulrich   3 bass   4lbs 12 oz  (2 additional keepers)

2nd-   Bill Marshall   2 bass   3lbs 7oz  (2lb 7oz lunker)

3rd-   Pat Karcher   3 bass   3lbs  (3 additional keepers)

4th-   Bill Powell   2 bass   2lbs 2oz

5th-  Sean McCarthy   1 bass   2lbs 1oz

6th-  Frank Barr   2 bass   1lb 15oz

8th-   Jimmy Gauntt   2 bass   1lb 10oz

Parvin Lake, Finally a Good Start

We have a very uncharacteristic start to the season.  Hopefully this will be a sign of things to come.  We had great weather, 33 members, and lots of fish caught.  16 keeper bass, 11 shorts, 10 pickerel, 4 crappie, 2 sunfish, and 1 white perch (and I'm sure more were just not reported).  Here is the first top ten this year:

3rd tie-  Tim Miller & Steve Anderson     2lb 8oz bass

Let's keep this going!
