The Garden State Fall Baseball LeagueExciting and competitive baseball is now being played in Northern and Central Jersey. The GSBL Wood Bat League is taking the ball field and will differently hit a homerun for teams and players. The league offers teams with the most games, the best competition and much more. Not only do we offer more for the teams but also at a cost that’s not much more then what some little leagues charge. See below for some information on what we have to offer your team.
Divisions- 14u - 16u - 17 and up
(ages as of 8/1/05) (division aligned by skill)
Fall Season- August 29 to October 31
- all games on Sundays only (Doubleheader each Sunday)
- except for tournaments and weeknights for some leagues
Wood Bat Tournaments- (Free entry for League teams)
- The Metro Revenge - September 25-26 - 4 Games
- The Survivors Tournament - October 16-17 - 4 Games
Playoffs- November 6 and 7 - all teams are seeded
Games- 20 (weather permitting, including 2 tournaments and league playoffs
Location- Your home teams' field or fields in the Central Jersey area

Please note that are league is not much more expensive then playing in Little League. The only difference is we are a Select Wood Bat Travel League and provides your team with much more.
Your teams will receive the following:
1. Entry into the Fall Saturday and Sunday GSBL Wood Bat Select League (up to 25 games)
2. Free entry into 2 action packed Tournament
3. Individual player awards for 1st and 2nd place teams (medals)
4. The Managers son will be exempt from the registration fee (18 player roster required)
5. Team Liability Insurance under Garden State Amateur Baseball, Inc.
6. We supply 4 dozen Baseballs
7. We supply each of your players with a (1) “FREE” WOOD BAT. (1st time - New Teams Only)
8. Team Equipment loaned to team as needed. Bases, Batting Helmets, full set of catcher's equipment, scorebook, and Turbo-Stats software. (Must put up bond for equipment)
9. Hot-line for updates on game cancellations, rain-outs, time changes, game delays.
10. Weekly game scheduling and confirmations of each game with opposing coaches.
11. Umpire assigning for all your home games
12. Weekly email distribution of instructions and driving directions to all team members
