2005 Bronco B All-Stars Win SYB Summer Invitational Championship
The 2005 SYB Bronco"B" All-Stars were offically introduced to the league at this years closing ceremonies. In spite of the short notice, the response from the players and the parents was awesome - they wanted to play some baseball!! Our manager and coaching staff did an incredible job of getting the team organized, building their confidence and getting them ready to play. After a rough start in the Las Virgenes tournament, the Team advanced through the Pony District tournament in Ojai to the Pony Sectionals in Santa Su. While the games didn't go their way in Santa Su, they came away a better ball team - which they proved by compiling a 3 win / 1 loss record on their way to winning the 2005 SYB Summer Invitational Tournament. Our thanks go out to the League, our Coaches and our parents for believing in us and giving us the chance to do what we enjoy doing - which is to PLAY BALL!!.
