ROCK DOWNS SHARON
After a big win over rival Wilmington Greyhounds (13-12) the Tigers suffered a 42-20 loss Friday night at Slippery Rock. Junior tailback Kelvin Newby led the Tigers with 111 yards and two touchdowns. Newby has now rushed for at least 100 yards or more in each of the Tigers eight games this season. The Tigers take on the Greenville Trojans on Senior Night next Friday at Sharon Tiger Stadium.
