The SHOX Fastpitch Philosophy

In order to become an elite athlete you must focus on four aspects of the game:
Technical, Tactical, Physiological and Psychological Skills
We work to develop all of these characteristics in each player
so they can reach their highest level of potential.

We require all team members to
Respect each other, coaches, parents, fans, and other teams
on and off the field.

Laziness and Lack of Effort are not an option.
You must have desire and passion for the game and prove it in practice/games;
If you don’t love the game, then you can't play with passion.

Pitching, Batting, Fielding, Offense, Strength/Conditioning as well as conducting Youth Coaching Clinics!
Because her schedule is limited, she will accept
new players on a first-come basis.
