The dates below for each tournament are targeted deadlines. Given the time crunch in January and February to prepare for the Country & Western Showdown and Capital Showdown it is possible that the dates will slighthly changed as we near closer to the actual dates.
12th Crabtown Showdown Timeline
- October 31st - Team Application Deadline
- December 7th - Hotel Selections Issued To Teams
- December 14th - Game Schedule Issued To Teams
- December 14th - Souvenir Pre-orders and Program Advertisement
22nd Country & Western Showdown Timeline
- December 15th - Team Application Deadline
- February 9th - Hotel Selections For March 1-3 Issued To Team
- February 22nd - Hotel Selections For March 15-17 Issued To Teams
