The dates below for each tournament are targeted deadlines. Given the time crunch in January and February to prepare for the Country & Western Showdown and Capital Showdown it is possible that the dates will slighthly changed as we near closer to the actual dates.
11th Crabtown Showdown Timeline
- October 31st - Team Application Deadline
- December 1st - Hotel Selections Issued To Teams
- December 7th - Game Schedule Issued To Teams
- December 10th - Souvenir Pre-orders and Program Advertisement
21st Country & Western Showdown Timeline
- December 15th - Team Application Deadline
- February 5th - Hotel Selections For March 2-4 Issued To Team
- February 10th - Hotel Selections For March 16-18 Issued To Teams
