Player Registrations (Carlsbad Mall)

Saturday, Feb. 9th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Wednesday, Feb. 13th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Saturday, Feb. 16th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

All registrants must provide at the time of registration:

- orginal birth certificate

- 3 proofs of residency dated between Feb. 1, 2012 and Feb. 1, 2013

-  proof examples include driver's license, voter registration, utility bill*, financial records, vehicle records

school record, etc.  (* - utility bills only count for ONE of the proofs of residency)

- Fee $60 for 1st child and $50 for every child therafter

- must be between the ages of 4 and 12 on April 30, 2013 

 Work Days (parents help with preparing ball park for play)
