Juniors
13 and 14 year olds
Majors
Children ages 9, 10, 11, and 12. 9, 10, and 11 year olds chosen by tryouts. Play home games at Griffin Park Field in Monmouth Beach and most away games at fields in Long Branch. Play games against other Shore Regional Little League Majors Division Teams as well a Long Branch Little League Majors Division Teams.
This division usually consists of exceptional 10 year olds, about one half of the 11 year olds, and all of the 12 year olds. Begining in 2008, 12 year olds who do not wish to play in the Majors Division may request a waiver to play in the AAA Minors Division. Such a waiver must be approved by the player's parents, the league Board of Directors, and the Little League District Administrator.
Post-season "All Star" tournament team selected for participation in the Little League World Series Tournament.
AAA Minors
7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 year olds eligible to play. 7 and 8 year olds (2nd Graders) and 9 year olds (3rd Graders) selected by pre-season evaluation. This division usually consists of exceptional 8 & 9 year olds, almost all of the 10 year olds, and one half of the 11 year olds. Six inning games. Players pitch. Continuous batting order. Stealing. Mandatory play is 6 defensive outs or two defensive innings and one at bat.
Compete against teams from Shore Regional Little League and Long Branch Little League.
AA Minors
This division consists of all of the 7 and 8 year old players as well as most of the 9 year olds. A team coach or mechanical pitching machine is used to throw pitches on a regulation size Little League field. Teams play against teams from Shore Regional Little League and Long Branch Little League.
