South Highline National Little League: 2009 Divisions
5-7 year olds. This is the only division 5 and 6 year olds may play in regardless of their skill level. 6-year-olds may play up to A-Ball if they played a complete season of T-Ball at 5.
A-Ball
7-8 year olds. Coach pitches. 6-year-olds may play up to A-Ball if they played a complete season of T-Ball at 5.
AA-Ball
First year of kid-pitch for 8-11 year olds. 11 year olds can not pitch.
AAA-Ball
8-12 year olds. Twelve-year-olds can not pitch.
Majors
10-12 year olds. Players must attend at least 50% of the tryouts to be eligible. Players who try out for majors but are not selected by a majors team will be placed on a AAA team and will be eligible to be called up to a majors team during the season if an opening occurs.
Juniors
13-14 year olds. The Juniors teams are managed locally but play under District 7 scheduling.
