SFPA Fireball Success
2009: Sherwood Fireballs so far will be fielding tournament teams at these levels: (2)- 16A, 14A, (2)- 14B, 12A, (2)- 12B, 10s.

2008: Fielded 21 teams at these levels: 18A, 16A, 14A, 12A, 12B, 10s Recreational and T-ball.

* 18A Finished in 1st Place at State.
* 12A Qualified and went to Nationals.

2007: Fielded 20 teams at these levels: 18A, 14A, 14B, 12A, 12B, 12C, 10s, 8 & 10 Recreational and T-ball.

* 18A Finished in 4th Place at State.
* 18A Finished in 1st Place at Summer Nationals.
* 14B Finished in 5th Place at State.
* 12B Finished in 5th Place at State.
* 10s Finished in 3rd Place at State.
* 10s Finished in 2nd Place at Summer Nationals.

2006: Fielded 22 teams at these levels: 16A, 14A, 14B, 12A, 12B, 12C, 10B, 8 & 10 Interlock and t-ball.
* 16A and 14A teams participated in State, Colorado Fireworks and National Tournaments.

2005: Fielded 23 teams at these levels: 16A, 14A, 14B, 12A, 12B, 12C, 10B, 10 Interlock, 8 Interlock and t-ball.
* All tournament teams played in the State and Regional Tournaments
* Several State top 7 finishes
* 14A competed in Colorado Fireworks and National Tournament in Kentucky

2004: Fielded 21 teams at these levels: 16A, 14A, 12A, 12B, 12C(2), 10B (gold), 10B, 10 Interlock (3), 8 interlock (6), 2 t-ball teams.
*        U10 Finished in First Place at the U10 Gold NW Regional Tournament in Tacoma
*        U10 Finished in 2nd place at the U10 Gold Oregon State Tournament in Sherwood
*        U12A Finished in 5th place at the Oregon State Tournament in Oregon City
*        U14A Finished in 7th place at the Oregon State Tournament in Grants Pass
*        U14A Finished in 4th place at the NFPSA Summer Nationals in Beaverton
*        U16A Finished in 5th place at the Oregon State Tournament in Beaverton
*        U16A Finished in 3rd place at the NW Regional Tournament in Idaho
*        3 teams participated at Western National Tournaments (12A, 14A, 16A)

2003: Fielded 15 teams at these levels: 16A, 14A, 12A, 12B, 12C, 10B, 10 Interlock (3), 8 Interlock (4), 2 t-ball teams.
*        U10B Finished 5th at the combined A/B Oregon State Tournament in Grants Pass.
*        U10B Finished in First Place at the Regional Tournament in Tacoma.
*        U12B Finished 3rd at the 2003 Sunset Invite
*        U12A Finished in First Place at the NFPSA Summer Nationals
*        U12A Finished in 5th place at the Oregon State Tournament in Salem
*        U12A Finished tied for 17th at the Western Nationals in Manteca, California
*        U14A Finished 2nd at The Dalles Invitational
*        U14A Went 4-2 at the U14A Regional Tournament in Seattle
*        U16A Finished 2nd at the Oregon State Tournament in Salem.

2002 Fielded 13 teams at these levels: 14A, 14B (2), 12B, 12C, 10B, 10 Interlock (2), 8 Interlock (3), 2 t-ball teams
*        U10B Finished 5th at the Oregon State Tournament in Newberg.
*        U10B Finished 3rd at the Regional Tournament in Sherwood
*        U14B Finished in First Place at the Sandy Invitational
*        U14B Finished in Fifth Place, tied for the top Oregon team at the Regional Tournament held in Helena, Montana.
*        U14B Finished in 3rd place at the Oregon State Tournament,
*        U14B Qualified and participated at the National Tournament held in Columbus, Georgia.

2001 Fielded 4 teams at these levels: 14B, 12B (2), 10B
*        U10B Finished 3rd at the Oregon State Tournament in Sherwood
*        U10B Finished 3rd at the Regional Tournament in Nampa, Idaho
*        U12B Finished 2nd at the Oregon State Tournament in Beaverton
*        U12B Finished 1st at the Regional Tournament in Salem,
*        U12B Qualified and participated at the National Tournament held in Mt. Vernon, Washington
*        U14B Finished 1st at the Oregon State Tournament
*        U14B Finished 3rd at the Western Nationals in Spokane, Washington

2000 Fielded 4 teams at these levels: 14B, 12B, 10A, 10B
*        U14B Finished 1st at the Regional Tournament in Beaverton
*        U14B Finished 5th at the Western Nationals in Midland, Texas
*        U12B Finished First at the NFPSA Summer Nationals

Fireballs 18A Team Takes ALL GALAXY TOURNEY in 2007

Coach Paul Hartwig's 18A team featuring 4 Sherwood HS starters (Jackie Walck, Alyssa Troccoli, Brooke Davis & Megan Van Noy) won the Benjie 18A Summer "Nationals" at Sunset Park the week of July 29th.  (Paul is third from the left in the back row standing on a bucket).

Congrats to Paul and his 18A team!
