Spring Registration

All signups are On-Line

Parents are required to bring the following Little League required documents to tryouts. No player may enter the tryout field without these.

Little League Required Documents:

Ø An Original Birth Certificate is required for proof of age. Birth Certificates marked ‘abstract’, are no longer be accepted. If you have an abstract, take it to the County Registrar for a replacement prior to registration) (14340 W. Sylvan St. Van Nuys)

Ø Three (3) proofs of residence (from the list below) within the boundaries of SOLL are required even if you have played with the league before. (Zip Code list is on our Website)

No more than one (1) document allowed from each category

1. Driver’s License	5. Federal, State and Local Records
2. Voter’s Registration	6. Support Payment Records
3. School Records	7. Home Owner or Tenant Records
4. Welfare Records	8. Utility Bills

$25.00 processing fee on all applicants who withdraw from SOLL prior to Player’s Draft; thereafter, upon withdrawal, all application fees are forfeited

Tryouts

• All players MUST tryout except for the Tee Ball division. Tryout times will be posted on the SOLL website at http://www.shermanoaksll.com by the first week of January. Children who are ‘league age’ 6 years old and have played one season of Tee Ball with us may tryout for the Farm division but will need to enroll in the Tee Ball program first. If drafted to Farm, your registration fee will be adjusted.

Uniforms / Equipment

· Registration includes Hat, Jersey and Socks. White baseball pants provided to TBall and Farm divisions only.

• Farm – AAA players must have a batting helmet with face shield or cage
