Volunteer Application - Required
Complete form and submit to your local league with a copy of your government-issued photo i.d. Board Members, and anyone with regular contact with the children are required to submit the application and the league is required to run a background check and sexual offender registry check - and get clearance - before participating.
Al & Al - Why is Little League so hooked on them??
The Best Training for Managers and Coaches around - and District 9 has been very lucky to have a partnership between the District Administrator and "Little Al" - and annual training events for our managers and coaches, other volunteers, and other leagues around the state! The most current session was held January 27th with South Valley Little League providing a host-site. Make best use of your "Training and Development" in the "off season" and and TRAIN your"TEACHERS" - the managers and coaches that are supposed to have the skills to teach the kids and have FUN! It is generally setup with two sessions:
TWO clinic sessions:
#1 - for adults working with ages 9 and up
#2 - for adults working with ages 5-8 & Challenger Division
