              The players' age is determined by their age as of December 31, 2007

Registering Online saves a lot of time!  Plan to attend one of the scheduled registrations so we can complete the registration process. Specific information is on the Calendar Link, or at the bottom of this page.

To meet charter and insurance requirements, before any child can participate, the League's President or Player Agent is required to certify the child's age/date of birth and that the child resides within the legal boundaries of their league.  Please bring the following with you for player registration.  They will be 'viewed' and returned to you at the same time. 

• one proof-of-age document, such as an ORIGINAL or State-Certified Copy of the child's birth certificate or other original document issued by state, federal or provincial registrars of vital statistics. Photocopies will not be accepted.  Unless it is a Military Hospital Certificate, a 'hospital certificate' is not a valid document for certifying a date of birth.  
• three or more documents that show the address of the legal residence of the parents or legal guardians for the player.  Preference/Suggestions are one drivers' license, one vehicle registration and one utility bill.  If they show a P.O. Box, there must also be reference to the physical address.  PLEASE NOTE: multiples of any one type of residence proof = only one document.
