To register and participate in a local Little League®, the child must legally reside within the boundaries of that League and be “League Age” to participate in the current season. Proof of date of birth and residence are required viewing prior to a child participating. All volunteers working directly with the children are required to complete a Volunteer Application and show a government-issued photo i.d. for a Background and Sex Offender Registry Check through ChoicePoint® and Little League®.Most leagues hold registrations on specific dates in late January through mid-March.
Little League® does not limit participation in its activities on the basis of disability, race, color, creed, national origin, gender, sexual preference or religious preference
