Five Irish players were named to the All-Southwest Conference team for the 2009 season. Congratulations to all for their outstanding seasons.
Named to the First Team were seniors Teea Rogers (IF) and Tami Brown (C), and sophomores Taylor Taggart (OF) and Chloe Stiles (DP/Utility).
After two years in the outfield, junior Jessica Patterson made a
successful transition to the hot corner and was given Honorable Mention
status by conference coaches as an infielder.
