Welcome to the web site for the Sharpsburg AABC Youth Baseball League. The League provides the opportunity for youth from the ages of four (4) to fourteen (14) to participate in organized baseball. Our Spring season runs from approximately the end of March through the middle of June, excluding tournament play. Registration for the spring season generally occurs in late January. The Fall season runs from approximately the first of September through the end of October. Registration for the fall season generally occurs in early August. The League provides opportunities for children of various ages and/or skill levels for almost all age groups.

Today is Monday May 14, 2012. ALL games will be played as scheduled. As of 4:00 pm, the fields are in good shape and it is not raining at the fields. However, additional rain may change the outlook for tonight's games.
Please make sure that all maintenance and upkeep has been properly performed before you leave the field after the last game of the day. Both teams are respnsible for repairing the field.
NOTE: When the fields are open for practices/games - Coaches with the late practice or games are responsible for leveling off all areas around the four bases and the pitcher's mound, as well as the bullpen.Remember it takes hours to get the fields in tip top shape and only a few minutes to destroy all the hard work. Please use good judgment when using the fields throughout the year. Do NOT practice on the fields when they are wet or when the park is closed. Make sure that all the areas around the four bases and the pitcher's mound are leveled off if you have the late game or practice of the day. Members from BOTH the home team and visiting team are responsible for assisting in the upkeep of the field. Any team that does not participate in their scheduled day to day upkeep of the fields will lose their practice privileges.
