Welcome to the SHARKS ROWING CAMP website!
· From novice to advanced rower the personal attention the NSU rowing camp will provide will allow the athlete to grow and develop.
· As a novice rower the camp will provide detailed instructions on boat etiquette, maintenance, and the basic essentials of an effective rowing stroke.
· As an advanced rower the camp will challenge their current abilities through endurance training and fine-tuning of the rowing stroke.
· Coxswains of all abilities will receive coaching both on and off the water. Rowers and coxswains of all abilities will leave the camp with a better knowledge of the sport of rowing and their own potential on the water.
