When you get in the lift on the first floor and your heading for the 22nd and your thanking god you’re on your own and then someone squeezes in and holds the door open for another 5 people all going to floors below yours. And two of them are on the phone shouting in Shanghainese. And two of them are smoking. And one of them starts conversation along the lines of “you’re English – a”. And the other one is a western girl. Damn. And I hate Aziz.
