PACE local2-1303 represents approximately 800 hourly employees at P.H. Glatfelter's Spring Grove mill.

Kinsley offers general contracting, site development, manufacturing, design and engineering services, and have offices in York and Baltimore. Kinsley Construction and Concrete donated the materials and labor to excavate, pour, and finish the concrete pad on which the complex pavilion is set.
