GENERAL LACROSSE INFORMATION
LACROSSE DRILLS: There is a wall ball drill to the handout section. You can download this handout and work on it in your own time. Wall ball is the most effective way to perfect you catching and throwing. It will be difficult at first but you will realize that it is well worth it when the first game rolls around.

LACROSSE EQUIPMENT: If you are interested in purchasing new equipment, please check with me first. Equipment, including sticks, goggles, gloves and other accesories, can range in price and quality, and the most expensive isn't always the best.

When you do look to buy lacrosse gear, only purchase from Lacrosse Fanatic in Roseville. Big sports store only carry select items and will generally sell you the most expensive equipment which is usually marked up significantly. It is important to not only support our local businesses, but our lacrosse specialty store as well.
