Welcome to the Rhinos Full Contact Football Team web page. The Rhinos have been competing in the SIXMAN FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION since 1999 and won the EPLER CUP CHAMPIONSHIP in 2001. The Rhinos finished the 2007 season with another winning reocrd of 7-4 record and recorded their 6th consecutive playoff appearance. The Rhinos will be entering their much anticipated 2008 season with ONE GOAL, a 2008 Epler Cup Championship! "Players Win Games, Teams Win Championships!"

- 35 Total Pre-Season Practices.
11-Helmet & Cleats
24-Full Pads
-Practices ARE TUESDAYS(Evening), SUNDAYS(Early/Mid Day), SUNDAYS(Early/Mid Day)
-We will Practice at 2 different locations
Oscar Perez Park (No Lights) Grissom & TImber Path
Lady Bird Johnson Park -YMCA (Lights) 410 & Nacogdoches
-Players are REQUIRED to attend 2 0f 3 Practices each week during Pre-Season
-Players are REQUIRED to attend 1 of 2 Practices each week during Regular Season
-The Rhinos will keep records of practices MADE & MISSED!
-DEC 23rd {thru} Jan 2nd is HOLIDAY BREAK (NO PRACTICE)
-Preseason Scrimmages (Dates subject to change)

FUNDRASIER INFORMATION______________
-The Rhinos MUST raise OVER $4000, every player must do their part
-There is a $40 NON-REFUNDABLE Player Fee
-December 2, 2008 - BBQ FUNDRAISER (Date Subject to Change)
-November 19, 2008 - Players may "BUY OUT" & not have to partivapte in BBQ
"BUY OUT" amount is $50 ($10 Discount)
-BBQ Fundrasier Day Details
$60 will be raised through BBQ Fundrasier
Players MUST sell/buy (10) BBQ Plates @ $6/per
Plates MUST be picked up NO LATER then 4pm.
-Make checks or money orders payable to Jared Moreno or Ephraim Banda
- The Rhinos have a Bank Acct with SECURITY SERVICE FEDREAL CREDIT UNION. If you would like to tranfer funds please ask for details.

IMPORTANT INFORAMTION_______________
-The league is ENFORCING a maxium roster (30)! This a "REC" league and we believe that if a player chooses(Pays money) and wants to play with the RHINOS he should be able to! UNFORTUNELTY we will be FORCED to make the FIRST CUT in "REC" league history!!!!LOL!! Sorry its NOT our choice. BUT the attention to our roster does speak VOLUMES about what we do as a FOOTBALL PROGRAM for OUR PLAYERS!
-January 19th, 2008 SIGNING DAY / FINAL CUTS
-There will be a MANDATORY MEETING on this date
-Bring a Picture ID to the meeting
-All perspective players will be GRADED based on 3 areas.
ATTITUDE - Are you a "Team Guy" or a "Me Guy", Are you a "Postive" and "Composed" footabll player. Are you COACHABLE?
ABILITY - Where do you fit in as far as our schemes and roster are concerned.
ATTENDANCE- (Most Important) How many practices WILL YOU make time for. We dont get paid for this and we all have "lives" but that doesnt mean we SHOULD NOT WIN because of those obstacles. We need bodies at practice to get better for Games!!!!!!
