THE COUGAR GRIDIRON BOOSTER CLUB

The Cougar Gridiron Booster Club was established on January 10, 2002.
The club is a great asset to the Cougar Football Team. 
Members organize fundraising projects, help with pregame meals, plan team and family activities, assist in the planning of team travel, help with field maintenance, attend games, and support the Service Cougar Football Team in many other ways.
All parents, family members, friends, and fans are invited to participate in booster club activities.
The more people we have involved in the program,
the more we can do to help the Cougars have an awesome season!

We need your help to make the upcoming football season successful for all members of the Cougar Football Program.  Please come to booster club general meetings and share your ideas.  All parents of football players, managers, trainers, and cheerleaders are invited and encouraged to attend.  We hope to see you there!!

MANDATORY ALL-MEMBER MEETING & CGBC ELECTION

ALL SHS football players, cheerleaders, managers, trainers, and parents are asked to attend a mandatory meeting on Tuesday, December 1, 2009.  Information will be available on camps, upcoming activities and events, and the 2010 football season. 

CGBC elections will also take place to fill vacancies on the Cougar Gridiron Board of Directors.  Each member has a vote so it is very important that you attend this meeting and make your vote count! 

Please mark your calendar and encourage other Cougar Football athletes and parents to attend with you.

Cougar booster club members have worked MANY long hours to help make the Service Football Program successful.  Their dedication created several opportunities for the Cougars.  In 2001 the Cougar Football Program had 9 sponsors.  In recent years, due to the tremendous effort of our members, our program has had 84 sponsors! Sponsorship money paid for some of the Cougars' football equipment, travel expenses, banners, programs, meals, and other items.

The Cougar Gridiron Booster Club is comprised of ALL Service Football Personnel. EVERY coach, football player, cheerleader, manager, trainer, and parent or family member is a CGBC member.

During football season, the booster club meets every Tuesday night at 6:30 or 7:00 P.M. CGBC meetings are held in the SHS Cafeteria, or in "Lower G Commons". (Use the entrance west of the cafeteria) The meeting location will be included in meeting notices. 

During the football off-season, the booster club continues to meet. Check our calendar for off-season meetings and events.

PLEASE mark your calendar and plan to attend the CGBC meetings. We desperately need MORE parent participation. A handful of people cannot plan a program for more than 200 participants. If you care about the Cougars... PLEASE HELP! Even if you only have an hour to spare, we need you! We want our program to be terrific for all our football families. Thank you.

Members of the Cougar Gridiron Booster Club met on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 to discuss the 2009 Service Cougar football season and elect new board members.  The results of the election are as follows:
