One More Night of Skating Fun! 

South Everett Little League Parents, Players, and Siblings -

Our first skating night was so much fun, we are doing it again!  You're invited to come out to the Skate Deck on Tuesday February 16th from 6:30PM to 8:30PM and join in the skating fun with other South Everett Boys and Girls Ball Players. Please forward this invite along to other parents of boys and girls who may be interested in playing baseball/softball this spring. Hope to see you out on Monday night!

For those of you who still need to sign up your boy(s) and girl(s) we will have a registration table in the lobby of the Skatedeck.

Location of the skate deck: 9700 19th Ave SE, Everett WA 98208

Cost: $5 (includes skate rental) $1 extra for in-line skates

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

• For boys ages 5 through 18 as of 4/30/2010
• For girls ages 5 through 16 as of 12/31/2009
• ALL players will be required to show a certified copy of their Birth Certificate at the time of registration.
• Legal Guardians must show proof of residency in South Everett Little League boundaries, (drivers license/Washington State ID card AND a utility bill)
• Medical Information: name of doctor and phone number and name of medical insurance provider
