COACHES - PLAYER EMAILS NEEDED WHEN REGISTERING THROUGH GOTSOCCER
Coaches, please make every effort this season to have player's or their family's personal emails available when registering your teams through Got Soccer. Our previous registration system gathered these emails from the parents when they filled out the paper forms and we input them all. These email addresses are used to communicate important information throughout the season. Last year, the majority of you did not take the time to input their email addresses - sometimes even using yours or a fake email address. This hampered our communication system quite significantly. Thank you in advance for supplying these addresses this season and helping our league stay on top of its game with communication!

Under the section titled "League Facilities," the SCSA Operations manual states that there are no warm-ups allowed in the 18 yard box. This rule was established to protect this high-use area from unnecessary wear and tear. It is not an uncommon rule for soccer complexes and signs have been posted every season as well as routine reminders have been given.
Because of routine disregard for the "no warm-ups in the 18" rule, SCSA's board of directors has implemented a penalty system that should help encourage teams to discontinue warming up pre-game and during half time in the 18 yard box.
Each team is allowed only ONE warning.
If the team is found to be in violation of this rule a second time, a $50 penalty will be assessed to that team.
Penalties are due within 7 days to the league office. After 7 days, any unpaid fines will automatically put the offending team in bad standing with the SCSA league.
