Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you have to cancel your registration, you will be issued a credit for all fees paid to the event, less the online registration processing fee; if you cancel before the first session. This credit will be valid for any Rainz event for one year from the date the registration was made and is transferable to another immediate family member. If you cancel after the first week of practice, no credit or refunds will be issued. NO exceptions.
Inclement Weather policy: In the event of inclement weather, Rainz Lacrosse will make every effort to continue the scheduled program at the discretion of the event director. If extreme weather occurs, such as lightening, extreme heat, hail, snow etc., Rainz Lacrosse may be forced to cancel the scheduled program in order to protect player participants and staff. If an event is canceled due to weather, a notice will be posted on our website’s bulletin board and an email will be sent out to you. We encourage parents to make arrangements for the pick up of their children, if the weather suddenly turns or if lightning, snow or severe weather warnings are issued. There will be no partial refunds or refunds due to unforeseeable weather circumstances.Rainz Lacrosse reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason. If there is low enrollment or a facility change and we are forced to cancel the event, you will be refunded all monies paid to Rainz Lacrosse.
Attendance Policy: Players are not required to attend a certain number of practices in our fall program but are encouraged to attend as many as possible. Please do note that if players miss multiple practices this does affect the quality of scrimmage’s the other player receive, also, Rainz does not take responsibility of the progress (or lack there of) for players who cannot attend more than 70% of sessions. Each session’s instruction builds on the previous sessions, therefore if a player misses a session they may be behind for the next session.
