Seattle Rainz: What is Rainz?

Rainz is a subsidiary of Starz™ Lacrosse Club, an elite program created to provide additional instruction and competition to lacrosse players. Designed to compliment local middle and high school programs, Rainz takes committed players and provides the opportunity to compete beyond their regular lacrosse season. Rainz looks for players who have a passion for the game, want to compete at a higher level, and/or have thoughts of continuing their lacrosse careers beyond high school. By combining the best of talent and coaching, atmosphere and friendships, the Rainz experience is sure to benefit the development of our young student-athletes.

Our Seasons

The summer season runs from early June thru early August with practices being held two to three times a week. Practices are generally twice during the week and once on the weekend.

The fall/winter season runs from October to December as a series of instructive scrimmages and practices held every Sunday afternoon.

Our travel teams also attend one to three tournaments, depending on the season, and participate in practices, clinics, mini-camps and local games and jamborees.
