Home of the Seaholm MaplesThe 2012 Off Season Weight Lifting Program Starts NOW !!! There are TWO SESSIONS per day to choose from, and Players are expected to participate AT LEAST TWICE PER WEEK To ALL Players: As a Program, we were able to enjoy great success last season. For us to continue and to improve upon that success, however, YOU must take the off season weight training program very seriously. Your coaches AND your teammates EXPECT that you will participate to the fullest extent you are able. All of us must be accountable not only to ourselves, but to the Program. NOW is the time to begin building the foundation for our 2012 season. We will be in the weight room Monday through Thursday nights from 7:00 - 8:00 pm, and we will be tracking all players' participation and progress. I look forward to seeing each of you there, as often as your academic and other sports' schedules allow. Coach Pobursky
January WEIGHT TRAINING SCHEDULE Monday - Thursday: 3:30 - 4:45 pm and 7:00 - 8:00 pm (Starting in February, Saturday sessions will be added at 11 am - 12:30 pm
