Fall 2014 Registration

SDLL will again be offering T-ball, Machine Pitch, Cactus, Grapefruit and Juniors divisions this fall.  Players league age 4-15 will be able to participate!  Please note that our division names and player distribution are different in the Fall than the Spring.  We do not keep scores or standings and do not have an End of Season Tournament. A player's age on APRIL 30, 2015 determines their “League Age”.

  • T-ball players must be 4-6 years old on April 30, 2015
  • Machine Pitch, Cactus and Grapefruit players must be 7*-12 years old on April 30, 2015
  • Juniors players must be 12**-15 years old on April 30, 2015

*6 year olds that have played 1 spring season of T-ball AND evaluate into Machine Pitch will be allowed to play Machine Pitch.  If both of these requirements are NOT met, 6 year olds will be placed in t-ball.

**12 year olds can play Grapefruit OR Juniors in the fall.  Please be aware that Juniors play on a field with longer bases and the pitching mound is at a greater distance than Grapefruit.  If you have a 12 year old that would like to play Juniors please email to make sure it is a good fit for your player.

Players that did NOT play with SDLL for the Spring 2014 season AND 6 year olds that want to play Machine Pitch, need to go through a Skills Evaluation session on Saturday, August 23 from 9am-2pm at Hillside High School to make sure they are placed in the appropriate division.  PLEASE NOTE--T-ball players AND all players that played SDLL during the Spring 2014 season DO NOT need to evaluate!  All Juniors (even if you played in the spring) need to evaluate on Saturday, August 23 at 2:00pm at Hillside High School.

  • Practices will begin the week of September 2.
  • Games will begin the weekend of September 12.
  • 8-10 game season (depending on the division) will finish the weekend of October 24.

All players can play for SDLL in the fall.  However, during spring seasons we need to adhere to a strict Little League boundary.  So during spring seasons players must live or go to school within our boundary.  If you have any questions please contact

The registration fee for SDLL's Fall 2014 season is $125 ($100 for t-ball). The on-line registration system automatically calculates the registration fee, and you may elect to pay by credit card or by check.  No refunds for Fall Registration fees will be given after the draft and your player is placed on a team.  Your registration is not considered complete until payment is received.  There will be no walk-up registations at evaluations.

Thank you for being part of SDLL, and we look forward to seeing you and your player on the fields this fall!
