SDCLA: Welcome
Welcome to the San Diego County Lacrosse Association (SDCLA) website. This is the main source for information regarding schedules, events, and news for boys middle school lacrosse in San Diego County. This year our league consists of 64 teams in two divisions. Division I is for players in grades 6-8 and Division III is for players in grades 5-6. League play is from March 13 through June 5. Each team administers its player registration. If you are interested in playing with a team, find a team closest to you and get their team contact e-mail from their team page.
San Diego also has a number of other opportunities to play lacrosse in camps, clinics and other leagues throughout the year. Please go to the link for Camps and Clinics for links to other lacrosse activities.

Saturday, June 4
Coronado beat Scripps Ranch 7-6 in overtime in the SDCLA Middle School Championship held June 4 at Mira Mesa High School.
Anthony Demaio led Coronado with 4 goals. Matt Shirey had 1 goal and 3 assists and Tanner Caldwell had 2 goals and 2 assists. All of Coronado's scoring was by their attack. Jake Griffin had 18 saves in goal.
Josh Fish (attack) and Brian DeJesus (midfield) led Scripps Ranch with 2 goals each. Brennan Deffley (attack) and Mitch Mammini (midfield) each scored 1 goal for Scripps Ranch. Sam Snider had 11 saves in goal.
In the Consolation game, Rancho Santa Fe beat Poway 8-7 in overtime.
