Managers must keep their copies of the registration forms with them at ALL practices and games. They are your parent authorization information forms in case of an accident. Managers should have first aid kits and ice available at all practices and games. The league provides kits in the green equipment box at each field. Extra ice packs can be found in the Snack Shack during games.

In the unfortunate incident that an accident does occur, please make sure you fill out an accident report and turn it in to the Safety Coordinator's mailbox in the Snack Shack.
