St. Catharines Ringette Association: 2007/08 Divisions
Girls age 7 and under. They learn to skate and learn the game together. They play in a local house league loop in the Niagara Region. There is also a Senior Bunny group that does play against other centres at a more compeditive level.
Novice
Girls ages 7-9. Skating ability and comprehension of the rules of the game and position are learned at this level. Now part of Niagara Region Ringette League. House league play between Jordan, Niagara Falls and St. Catharines.
Petite
Petite teams have girls age 10-11. Advanced skills and the development of abilities at this level are widely visible. Major and Minor at this level.
Tween
These teams have girls age 12-13 on them. The level of play making is more prevalent, and the comprehension of the rules is understood.
Open
Generally women 19 years and older play at this highly competative level. Fast action, fast pace and fast goals.
