OFFICIAL WEIGH IN:
New this year, all players need to go to Harrington for the official weigh in. It will be held on Sunday, 8/26 at 2p in Harrington, more details to follow. Please mark this date on your calendar every player is required to attend.
Listed is all information that is needed from you, please make sure you have turned them all into Julie/Jami as soon as possible.

**NO CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE UNTIL A CURRENT PHYSICAL HAS BEEN TURNED IN. ABSOLUTEY, NO EXCEPTIONS**
*The team moms will be collecting $5 from each player to be able to purchase half time snacks to be provided at each of our games.

Other Information:
· Please try to visit the team moms at least once a week at practice. They will have any updated information such as can day (Friday, 8/31), concession duty, directions to games, bus permission slips, etc. Some of this information will also be emailed to the email address you provided.
· We need a volunteer for each game to do play count monitoring for the other team and for home games we will need 3 volunteers for the yard/down markers. These are a MUST have or else we will not be able to play our game. This will count towards your volunteer duty for your deposit return at the end of the season.
· If a parent will not be present during practices, please be sure that we have an emergency number to contact you.
· For those who it is the first year with Pop Warner, your child will be provided a practice and game uniform, all pads and a mouthpiece. You will need to purchase cleats (no metal spikes), a sports cup, and socks (can be red, black, or white).
Fundraisers:
· Apparel for Sale….Get your Smyrna Clayton Pop Warner gear to show your team spirit during the games. More details to come.
· Cookie Dough/Pizza….there will be a parent meeting at 6p Wednesday, 8/8 explaining the fundraiser. You will receive your packet and date information that night.
