REMINDER:

Paperwork must be turned in on Sat, July 25th
from 11 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at our practice field
Municipal Park

 

Please bring the following with you:

~ Fee, if not paid (No Refunds)
~ Copy of birth certificate - league will keep
~ Copy of final report card - league will keep
~Parental Consent & Participant Contract - SIGNED
~ Physical & Medical Release Forms

Your child's sports physical must be dated for 2009, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule!

Pop Warner Football & Cheer is an international program operated for the benefit of its youthful participants since 1929.  The program philosophy has been Academics and Athletics go hand in hand.  Pop Warner seeks to develop well-rounded young men and women who learn not only the fundamentals of football or cheerleading, but also the importance of education, in an atmosphere conductive to developing sound mind, body and character and having a good time along the way.
