Combat Panthers host Clinic for Newbury Park Softball League Players
Recently, the Combat Panthers 18U Gold players held a teaching clinic for the Newbury Park Girls Softball League. Newbury Park league girls from all age groups, 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U & 14U were taught throwing, fielding, baserunning, hitting, bunting, catching and many other things the "Panther Way". This was a great event for all involved. All the younger players had a great time learning from the older and more experienced players, and the Panther players loved getting involved with the community and helping pass on their knowledge and skill techniques to the younger players. The team started in November of 2003.
The Panthers Mission Statement
To develop a winning TEAM and winning TEAM PLAYERS through personal discipline, positive attitude and fundamentals training. We will provide the training necessary to play at the highest level. We will build confidence and positive attitudes within our players. All Panther players ARE COMMITTED TO SEEKING AND SECURING A FOUR YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE. The Panther organization IS COMMITTED TO ASSISTING EACH PANTHER PLAYER IN SECURING A FOUR YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE.
Pitchers and catchers practices
All pitchers and catchers, P&C workouts begin 35 minutes prior to each full team workout. Please be on time and ready.
