JCC MACCABI GAME TRYOUTS
The JCC Maccabi Games are an Olympic style event for Jewish teenage athletes between the ages of 13-17. This week long experience involves athletes competing in their chosen sport, participating in a community service project, and building pride in their Jewish heritage. Each summer 6,000 Jewish teens from around the USA and the world come together to create lasting memories and friendships.
The JCC Maccabi Games will be held August 12 – 17, 2007 in Orange County, California.
Tryouts for the Maccabi Games will be held at the Suffolk Y Jewish Community Center 74 Hauppauge Road, Commack, NY 11725. Dates to be announced.
For tryout information for the 13-16 year old boy’s basketball team please contact either Jerry Schwartz or Alan Bluman.
