•  Only Umpires that were certified in 2009 may Umpire in any sanctioned Dixie Youth Baseball Tournament! All tournament umpires MUST wear the current SC DYB Umpire patch while on the field. No other organization patches are allowed on the shirts.

• ALL Umpires MUST wear a throat protector on the face mask.

• AA Plate Umpire must wear a mask.

• The Mechanics listed in the SC Umpire Manual are the approved DYB Umpire Mechanics and WILL be followed during tournament play!
