Just as a reminder: When announcing upcoming programs and events run by (or in conjunction with) the Parks and Recreation Department, informational flyers are sent to the Charlestown Elementary School for distribution to the children. We also run press releases in the Chariho Times, S.C. Independant and the Westerly Sun as well as on the Public Access Channel.

Ninigret Park is located on Rt. 1A just off Rt. 1 in Charlestown. The park is open to the public from sunset to sundown year round. Many different recreational facilities are available throughout the park. Various special events and festivals are held throughout the summer months. The park features 8 tennis courts that are open to the public.
