Majors League
MAJORS are 11 to 12 year old players who have been playing for a few years and practice 2 nights a week and have games. The rules increase as do the base lines for these players. They continue to expand the skills that they learned in Rookie and Minors. They also play in tournaments and have All Star teams. These players are serious baseball players who have fun with their team and continue to develop their team spirit.
Minor League
MINORS is when the players pitch to each other and, as the saying goes … PLAY BALL! Our Minors practice 2 evenings a week and play games with umpires. There are 6 innings, score is kept, tournaments are played, and All Star try out are held. This division has players that range in age of 9 to 10, depending on skill level. The players increase their knowledge and appreciation of baseball.
Rookie League
ROOKIE is our “coach pitch” league and these players range from ages 7 to 8. They practice one evening a week and play a “game” Saturday mornings. The concept for “Rookie” is for the players to understand the game of baseball and learn the general rules of the game. This age is where the level of understanding of the sport is taught by our coaches.
T-Ball
T-BALL is for ages 4, 5 & 6 year olds. They must be 4 years old by April 30th of that year. “Games” are played Saturday mornings and the players learn to hit the ball, run bases and fielding the ball. Primarily they are having fun!
