SB Legion will open their 2008 season with a home doubleheader on Sat June 7 against Menasha beginning at 1 PM.  On Sunday June 8 they will travel to Green Bay Southwest for a 2 PM game. SB Legion 2008 Conference Schedule is now posted on www.frvlegion.com  The entire schedule is now posted on this website.   Sturgeon Bay Legion will be playing at Timber Rattler Stadium in Appleton in 2008.  They will play Waupaca on Sunday June 22 at about 4 PM following The Timber Rattler game of that day.  More details will be announced later. Sturgeon Bay Legion ended the 2007 season with a record of 16-16-1. The Bays were 9-7 in conference which was their best since 2001 and  1-2 in The Regional Tournament.  All but two of the members of the Bays 2007 roster are eligible for next year.  Joel Delorit was selected to play in The State All-Star game at Miller Park at approximately 4 PM on Aug 19.  It will be the second Major League Stadium that he will play in this year as the Bays also played in The Metrodome.  Sean Busse and Clayton Hanson are selected to play in The Fox River Valley League All-Star game at Kimberly on Aug 12. Watch My Site News for writeups on all 2007 games.  Manager George Husby Thanks All Assistant Coaches and Players and Fans for a great season.  All conference stats can be found at www.frvlegion.com.
