SAYFA Refund Request Form
Starting in 2011, SAYFA has instituted a new Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
All Souderton Braves participants are eligible for a refund up until August 1st of the current year. After August 1st, there will be NO refunds issued. The refund schedule is as follows:
- Through June 30th: 100% - Full Registration and Fundraising Amount Refunded
- June 30th through July 31st: 75% Registration Refunded - Fundraiser will not be refunded
- After August 1: No refund available
All refund requests must be emailed to Souderton_Braves@Yahoo.com utilizing the SAYFA Refund Request Form. If we don't receive the request in writing, you will not receive a refund.

The Souderton Braves will do our best to accommodate Hardship situations. Being a Non-profit organization we are limited to the amount that we grant per year.
By Submitting for this Assistance and signing below, to circumvent charges, you agree to the following:
a. Complete additional 20 hours of volunteer service for one of the following as directed by the organization:
1. Snack Stand
2. Spirit Sales
3. Field Maintenance
b. Payment to cover the Mandatory Fundraiser Raffle Tickets – You are able to resell to recoup the money.
